If you aren’t running with the bulls, the best way to enjoy the Encierro is from a well-placed balcony along Mercaderes or Estafeta with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea in your hand. This is the most important spot for all of
San Fermín. The Ayuntamiento (town hall) sits on the plaza, and
plays host to the Txupinazo (opening ceremonies) on July 6th. Our
balcony on the plaza offers a more distant, but still good view of the
running of the bulls each day.
